Add artisan farmstead cheese to your CSA! The Farmstead Cheese Share from Cosmic Wheel Creamery, located at our wonderful neighbors at Turnip Rock Farm in Clear Lake, WI.  Cheese is made in small batches from the milk of about 12 rotationally grazed, 100% grass fed cows.   Shares will include a selection of raw milk aged cheeses (aged a minimum of 60 days) such as Manchego, Alpine style, Jack, Gouda, and Cosmic Wheel’s original cheeses as well as fresh, pasteurized cheeses such as Feta, Ricotta, Herbed Quark, Camembert, and Curds. Each share will contain two or more types of cheese. Cheese shares will be delivered every-other week with your share, with a total of 8 cheese deliveries for the season.
